What is your delivery time?

For less than 20 masks ordered, the delay is currently 8 days. In case of larger order volume, you can contact us via our contact form or our Customer Relations department.

Our team made a preparation mistake, you received the wrong product.

Contact us by mail ( including the invoice and a photo of the product received.
You will receive a Colissimo return form in order to return the item to us.

You have ordered a product that does not suit you.
